Can You Play Fortnite on a $200 Laptop

- Hey, guys, this is Austin. Fortnite is the most popular
game in the world right now. Take one look at Twitch and you'll see hundreds of thousands of people watching streams at any given time. Now that actually got me curious, because Fortnite is available on such a wide range of hardware, everything from high-end gaming PCs to consoles to even smartphones.

Can you actually run it on some slightly unusual
things, like a $200 laptop? At first glance, things
look pretty promising. Fortnite's minimum requirements only need an Intel HD 4000 GPU, AKA integrated graphics
on a laptop from 2013, which I think should be pretty doable, but we're gonna be
pushing the limits here. So, to start with, we're
going to try Fortnite running on the iPhone X. Now what's impressive here is that it actually looks pretty much
like Fortnite everywhere else.

You've got your menu, you got
pretty much everything else that you want to have,
unlike a lot of other free-to-play games on the phone. (Austin coughing) Like, everything. (Austin coughing) Sorry, I was a little... (Clears throat) My first impressions
are that this is really, really good-looking for
a game on the phone.

Now, I'm sure as we take a
look at some higher-end PCs, you'll be able to see more differences, but, I mean, this is
pretty much the full game. You're not really losing a
whole lot of anything here. Probably the biggest problem with Fortnite Mobile are the controls. Now, it's not that bad, especially if you can get used to some
touch screen controls.

You'll probably be fine, but it is definitely not
going to be as nice as with a controller or especially
with a mouse and keyboard. What's cool about this edition is that it actually
does support cross-play, so in theory right now I could be playing with people on PC, on Xbox, or on phone. Next up, we have the full PC experience. So this is the Acer Predator Helios 300, a roughly $1,000 laptop
with pretty beefy specs, including a Core i7, as well
as a full NVIDIA GTX 1060.

Immediately, you can tell there
is a huge difference here. So not only are we playing
it at 1080p on Epic settings, but we're getting a pretty respectable 70 frames per second or so right now. Don't get me wrong, there's
nothing necessarily wrong with the mobile experience, but there is a pretty big difference when you jump up to the PC. Honestly, probably one
of the biggest things is just the better controls for me, so even though you have
the ultra PC experience doesn't necessarily mean you're actually going to be any good at Fortnite.

But I will say that
there is a big difference in playing on something
like this versus the phone, or as you'll see in a minute,
some of the lower-end systems. This really is the way that
Fortnite is meant to be played. Next up, we have the Xbox One S, and this is going to give you a good idea of what the lower end of
consoles are capable of. This is the least powerful.

PS4, PS4 Pro, as well as Xbox One X. Are all going to give
you better performance and especially better resolution, but you are still getting 60 frames per second on the console, and if this looks a little
bit different to you, it's because this is our
portable Xbox One S setup. You guys want the full
information on this, link is in the description. So what you're getting here is that full 60 frames
per second experience, but at lower settings.

One of the most noticeable things is going to be the resolution. This is running somewhere
in the neighborhood of 720p. It looks fine, but it's not
going to be super-sharp, especially if you're
playing on a high-res 4K TV. That being said, especially
if you're playing on a smaller monitor like
this, it looks totally fine.

And I can't stress enough: that 60 frames per second
option is a huge, huge deal. It really does add so
much fluidity to the game, and it makes it feel
a lot more competitive versus slightly less performing options. Not that I'm hinting toward what the other things in this
video we're going to do. I'm really impressed with
just how much optimization that they've done on this game.

It's crazy that Epic
has made a single title that can scale everything
from a phone to an Xbox-- Oh, this is bad, this is... Why are we all in here? No! No! Next up, we have something a
little bit more interesting. This is the Acer Aspire 5, and at $600, this is by far my favorite
gaming laptop I've ever tried. So, for that money, you're
getting not only a Core i5, but you're also getting a pretty decent NVIDIA
MX150 graphics card.

Performance-wise, this is
actually pretty similar to what you're getting on Xbox. So, right now, we're running
on Medium settings at 720p, and we're getting a pretty stable lock on 60 frames per second. Sometimes during the action, we'll dip a little bit below that, but it is surprising at
how close you can get to a full console experience on what is a pretty budget gaming laptop. The only problem with a
game like PUBG or Fortnite is that everyone is so good that I feel really, really
terrible, so, um, yeah.

Now, my friends, it's time to take a trip to the danger zone. So far we've been playing on things that are actually meant to play the game. However, Fortnite can be run
on very, very low settings. This is the 2017 LG Gram.

Now, the idea here is that this is by no means a gaming laptop. Instead, this is very much an Ultrabook, and it actually does
have pretty decent specs, with eight gigs of RAM, and the brand-new 8th-gen
Core i7 processor. However, graphics, not
exactly the strong suit here. Now, no one is going to buy
an Ultrabook for gaming, but it's interesting to see how something like this is going to perform.

It might seem weird to try to
play a game on an Ultrabook, but to be fair, a lot of people do have this class of hardware and might be interested
in trying Fortnite. The good news is, it's playable. The bad news is, it's not going
to be particularly pretty. First of all, you're gonna want
to crank your settings down.

All the way down. Right now, I'm playing on the lowest settings possible at 600p and getting somewhere
around 30 frames per second. Like here, I'm walking around. Not even a particularly challenging scene.

We're kind of hovering in the high 20s. It's gonna be playable, but it's definitely not going
to be a great experience. So far, we've seen a pretty
wide range of hardware to play on Fortnite,
but my real question is, can we play it on a $200 laptop? This is the HP Stream, a $200 laptop with some incredibly low-end specs. We've got an Intel
Celeron N3060 processor, four gigs of RAM, and exactly no dedicated graphics of any kind.

Let's just see here, what have we got? We got 480p on Low. I'm gonna take a guess and say that that's going to be too high. One of the nice things
about Fortnite, though, is that you can completely adjust it all the way down to 360p. I like how your avatar in the game is like 18 pixels right now.

Really fills me with confidence. Join server. Alright. Time to play some Fortnite on a $200 PC! This is not gonna go well.

Okay, we're actually in
the game right now, and, (Austin laughing) that looks hilarious. But we're getting a solid
14 frames per second. Okay. I mean, the game is actually playing.

It's not crashing, it's... There's some, like, pixels on the screen. There's, like, seven or eight of them. That's fine, no big deal.

Uh-oh, here, we froze. We froze, that's fine. That's fine, I'm sure it'll come back. Uh, oh, okay, we're back.

I guess it didn't freeze after all. Oh, what is this? Is this supposed to be a tower? Oh, it froze again. What's funny is that you
look at something like this. This looks like a giant blob of pixels.

However, this, the tree,
actually doesn't look that bad. It's like any time I look at a tree, my frame rate immediately tanks. If I look down at the ground
or something, it's fine, or look at this stupid shack, which, oh, wait, it just popped in a new texture. Oh wow, okay, so it's now
no longer Garbage Town.

Great, okay. So, can you play Fortnite
on a $200 computer? Yes. Should you? Absolutely not. I'm gonna say that Fortnite
actually runs pretty well, as long as you don't try to, you know, push its capabilities
a little bit too far.

I'm curious: what do you
guys play Fortnite on? Let me know in the comments below and I will catch you in the next one..

Ali-As FIRST GAME of Fortnite Battle Royale... on PC!

Ali-As FIRST GAME of Fortnite Battle Royale... on PC!

My very first game of Fortnite Battle Royale and my brand Alienware Aurora PC. Welcome everyone my name's Ali-A and today It's another. It's a big it's an unboxing ladies and gentlemen as you can see just behind, my second channel been popping off with Unboxings of loads of stuff recently it's time for the main channel to get a little bit of love today Inside that box behind me is actually my brand new gaming PC. I want to say gaming, PC.

I mean all-around PC editing gaming working anything Photoshop. Whatever it is. It's gonna be my brand new Day-to-day use PC, and I'm very excited great Now last week you wanted to see me gaming on this bad boy. My Alienware 17 laptop.

We did a bit of eye tracking gaming It was extremely fun, but this isn't what we're going to be doing today. We're gonna put that on the side This is desktop gaming so although you can't see the other side of this camera And you probably don't want to see the other side this camera I do have a little bit of a crazy messy setup at the moment I've never actually done a full-on gaming setup for this room right here I don't think I have at least I think the last big gaming setup I did was in my old flat over a year ago So I'm thinking once this bad boy is set up once this whole room is a little bit tidier. I can show you everything That's going on behind me everything that's going on on the other side of this camera. It's a big setup video Maybe sometime next week and update you guys and all the equipment I use and everything that goes into creating the set that I've got right here If you like the idea? Give it a big fat thumbs up leave a comment down below saying Ali I want a brand new setup video, and I can try and make it happen for you guys But these videos were about this box right here.

It's a big and so on kind of course he did today Hey, you guys never get to see my legs, so I tend to this we're tracking this It's a big one. I always start these unboxings and never anything to actually open the boxes with This room just filled...With boxes Put that to one side so in here a brand new gaming PC baby. Right, first things first What have we got in here? What's up a mouse power prick? This is a key for me. It is indeed a keyboard.

She's nice, but I have a far nicer keyboard and mouse So these guys will just be spares for the moment Look at this look at this Here we go ladies and gentlemen it's out of the box my brand new gaming PC the brand new Alienware Aurora Well if you didn't get any more boxes in this room We've managed it And I am actually gonna show you the other side of this camera a little bit just to compare my old Alienware PC with this new one so this here is my old Alienware Area 51 Beast but it is absolutely huge Is giant just to compare it to like a Nintendo switch for example? This is a big big machine if we then compare it to the brand new, Alienware Aurora You can see that. It is a far smaller form factor, but with all the power I got on the old PCs this thing form-wise is a lot more efficient and means It's not taking up so much leg room under my desk For when I'm playing games here and doing all my editing and everything on my PC so if you want the exact build and specs of my brand-new, PC. I'm gonna leave all those details in the description along with the link for you guys to build your own version Because you can start building them a lot cheaper and make them obviously more powerful and bigger and better So there's a variety of all prices all specs and I'll link them down below in description that you guys know exactly what my One is more exact what it's made of as well now. We've seen my old, Alienware, PC looked very cool When it was turned on so this one looks just as cool I know.

There is a slightly creepy Evie face behind it, but you've got the same awesome Alienware lights on the side you've also got the Alienware power button on the front When this thing turns on it looks so impressive and you get the lights on both sides I love that one of my favorite things about all these Alienware products. It's how all the design and the lights match up and all their products and when they turn on they always look amazing So it's going to take me a little while to Take all of my drives and put them into my new PC get everything really linked up Which is why I think a full on setup video needs to take place very soon But I will take one of my main drives which has got an OS stored on it grab a game and give it a little bit of a tester as playing some games guys, so I'll see you guys in a second after a little bit of setting up and let's play some games on my brand new PC. This video is brought to you by Alienware featuring Intel Core i7 processors. Start gaming We've got Oliver joining us for this.

You don't see me videos very often because it's always Darcy on my desk I don't know where Darcy is gone though, but I'm really excited for this and I didn't expect this for today's video But look what I've got booted up. I've never played Fortnite before on PC. I've only ever played on my Playstation 4 I'm gonna play with you guys my very first game with Fortnite: Battle Royale on my brand-new Alienware Aurora PC and see how we get on. If I get a single kill I'll be happy obviously I know the game But I am shocking I consider myself shocking with keyboard a mouse to be really honest with you guys So excited for this give it a thumbs up.

Let's see what's gonna happen Alright guys We are about to drop in. There is an option to use your controller on the PC version which I would properly switch over If I actually want very seriously But I do wanna stick with the keyboard and mouse for this video for my very first time playing Fortnite: Battle Royale My goal is to simply get one kill and survive more than a few minutes Okay, I know that's not what you're used to seeing from me but that's what you're gonna see when it comes to the PC version a Fortnite: Battle Royale because I am shocking with the keyboard and mouse. So I'm gonna go for I think this little err...Like car warehouse I like to call it as our very first drop-in spot as long as we can loot get one gun and then find someone that's facing the other way. We may be able to get a kill Oh God there would be someone coming straight in here as well, wouldn't there Odds-on is he landing the exact same place? Yeah he is Alright, okay.

Yeah nice. It's a chest over here as well Thank goodness. Give me something decent all Green...Green auto. That's pretty good This PC players seem to know where to spawn in.

That's for sure. I didn't expect anyone to actually come over here with me Let's see if I can take him down. Maybe it's gonna be a risky one if I go for it We're inside the ring That's good There he is, there he is, there he is. Here we go Oh my god, that's how bad I am Oh my god, I actually killed him.

That was the worst freakin play of Fortnite: Battle Royale ever. I don't know why I am so like incapable of aiming with a keyboard a mouse. I've just never grown up with keyboard and mouse in hand. It's always been a controller but aye...We've got ourselves my goal which is a kill We actually got ourselves two decent weapons and shield Let's see how much longer this can go on for okay.

Looks like the older the old treehouse I think has still got a glowing chest up there, so I'm gonna need a med kit. I'm gonna need another shield hopefully. So let's see. The great news is the game looks beautiful I don't know why that's glitched over there...Looks beautiful on PC.

The new Alienware is running it flawlessly which is exactly what you want. The issue is not with the PC in any shape or form The issue with me not being great at this game. It's just my hands unfortunately, but we're working on it guys We're working on it. Hopefully.

No one's gone up here whilst I've been heading over here myself. Where is that chest what the hell? Swear to god there was a chest up here Okay, apparently I mean oh no It's gone. It's gone So there's definitely someone in the lonely lodge which kind of sucks cuz often lonely lodge isn't a popular spot I love coming here. I feel like I'm on holiday...Like a camping holiday whenever I come here, but someone's definitely looted it It looks like they looted it a lot unfortunately.

I feel like I should hang around here and challenge whoever's here I don't have many bullets. That's the thing I definitely need to stock up and some more bullets Yeah, I've got. I've got a hang around guys. I can't believe in quite yet, mmm there were any yeah chests in the main cabin Certainly ain't any now, but that looks like a blue shotgun and as terrible as my aim is I actually think a shotgun Will be feasible for me to use so Nice you're gonna gear up with this bad boy.

I am just gonna run around with a shotgun out Oh my god, and it's a chest Okay, it's just looking good. I don't know why they haven't looted around here, but certainly ain't complaining Let's go and get another chest. What's it gonna be? What's it gonna be? Oh, a sniper. You know what? I'm gonna ditch that.

I'm gonna pick up the sniper I'm gonna grab some bandages I've never aimed with a sniper um I mean I've never played  Fortnite on PC. But I've always assumed that you can get some nasty shots on Fortnite PC with the sniper because the aim isn't absolutely broken and Like actually let's you ain't more than two miles an hour All right guys about to go for my very first build Here we go. Complete. My first ever build on Fortnite: Battle Royale PC Edition and another chest as well.

Oh my god. It's actually a med kit Oh my god. Well. I did not expect this I did not expect this alright.

Let's pick this up. Let's get all back What? Why are you shaking your head? Come on get bandaged woman. Let''s get herself back up to 50 Shield 100 HP wound to the top dirt. You don't know how this is happening Get rid of that.

Let's pick the bandages back up again Okay, I've got a sniper. We've got a shotgun. We've got an auto. We've got a bit of shield We're back up to max health.

Couldn't really ask much more than this oh it's up to me to do now is to use the Fortnite skills that I've learnt from console and Just apply them to PC and try and aim. Try and aim better than a two year old so wish me luck guys Oh, I'm in the next ring as well. Oh The Fortnite gods are looking out for me apparently. This is insane.

So at the time of recording this, they have added in a new jump pad and They're gonna be adding in a new silenced SMG next week I probably would've done a video on that a few days ago on console So check that out if you haven't seen it already, but if we could actually kept the new jumper that would be hilarious Oh, oh, there's someone Okay, shots potentially. Oh, there's few people. I'm gonna pull out my sniper is someone up there Oh my God. So close They're still in there Don't run Someone hold on, hold on, hold on.

Okay, they're re-building that. Oh there's someone here as well. Hold on Oh, can I go for either of them, this is risky play. Oh my gosh.

I don't even know what's going on. They're both running around. I think you killed them Oh my god do not challenge that person at sniping Nope, nope nope instant regret instant regret. I'm so sorry Please leave me alone No These days young Greece upset.

Oh my god whoever that person is they are popping off on people Alright, I don't want to challenge them We're in the top 17? Somehow don't really know how. I hope that person's just forgotten I was here and he's gonna leave me alone. That'd be amazing. Oh, oh shots going down.

Big shots going down. Let's let's do what I would try and do in console. No, or not Here you go. This is what I do.

I don't know why I'm like building and approaching situations It takes me five years to be able to swear to go Back to 3. Back to my wife and I have to look down and see what I'm clicking at. That's how bad I am at aiming It was definitely some shots around here. Don't know if that guy is trying to snipe me the hell the hell What The Hell There's water on my screen.

There's lightning Is this a new update me? Mate. I haven't actually played a new update yet at all. This is the first time I played it, and I am playing it on PC. What the hell is lightning doing? I don't know.

This is scary Top 14 ladies and gentlemen. Can we make this a top 10 finish. Damn, that lightning is menacing Should it land right on us. Nice.

Oh my god. I don't believe it. The next Ring is on us again. This is actually insane Sniper is all all geared up If we lose any health we've only got , we've only got umm...This is this is so obnoxious.

I don't know if...Okay there we go Oh, oh , oh there's someone Okay, that's actually quite a good gun fight. Hold on We've got some grenades. Hold on Here we go He's weak. He's lost all his shield Oh, I've only got 15 bullets, so I need to kill him simply to get his bullets to be really honest with you.

I can see him. He's poking his head up there or no he's moved. He's moved. He's moved.

He's  moved He's moved. He's moved. Okay hold on Hold on Oh my god Oh, he must have been on like 20 health Forty health...And then he got destroyed by that guy who probably would have destroyed me. Alright.

We made it to the Top 15 first game on the Fortnight: Battle Royale on, PC. It was never gonna be amazing But it was certainly fun if you guys want me to play a little bit more Fortnite: Battle Royale on PC. Maybe try it with a controller or stick with keyboard and mouse and team up with some other guys a lot better Let me know but there we go guys that has been the unboxing A very brief setting up with just some basic stuff and gaming for the very first time on my grand you anywhere will review see if You want to check it out? They'll be linked down below in the description and I'll leave all the specs there as well I hope you really enjoyed this video. Look out for a full setup video.

Hopefully, coming next week if all plans out nicely Thank you for watching, and I'll see you guys, then bye-bye.

Buying A Gaming Laptop for 2018 - What to Avoid

Buying A Gaming Laptop for 2018 - What to Avoid

Hey, how's it going Dave2D here. So, this video is a guide, a guide for people that are interested in purchasing a gaming laptop going into 2018 and it's specifically for a gaming laptops. So, this isn't super comprehensive and I'm just going to talk about something that are important when it comes to the decision process for purchasing a laptop for gaming. So, when it comes to the art of making a laptop, I think manufacturers go through that struggle where they are trying to find that perfect spot between price and performance and portability.

It's basically pick 2 of 3. If you want want ultra light portability and really good performance, it exists there's some really thin 1080 Max-Q laptops out there but they're really expensive. So, you got to decide pretty early on in your process of how much money you want to spend and where you want to spend that money. So, cheaper laptops tend to be little bit thicker and heavier and they usually have more plastic materials, which isn't necessarily bad, it's just not as premium feeling or premium looking.

But when it comes to the thickness of a laptop, sometimes thicker laptops can have an advantage, because when you have a big laptop to work with, you have bigger heat pipes, you have bigger fans just everything can be a little bit bigger and those things tend to do a better job at removing heat from a system. So, let's take a look at some examples. This is an Alienware 17 this thing is a relatively thick 17 inch gaming laptop and it's quite a bit thicker than the Razer Blade Pro. Now, when this thing first launched this thing had a GTX 1080 in it.

It's quite a hot GPU and one of the issues this thing had was keeping up with the thermal output. Here's the thing, when this thing comes out of the factory it's tuned just right. Everything is running fine so the temperatures are acceptable. But the thing is the moment this thing has any kind of like dust buildup, or if you want to play with this thing on your blanket or like on your lap and you are covering up the vents on the bottom, the thermals rise, and it just doesn't do as well.

The GTX 1080 on the Alienware, still produces a lot of heat but this laptop is thick like, thick with the cc (thicc (   )) and this thing has just a lot more thermal headroom. This thing comes out of the factory running fine as well, but because there's more room in there, there's just more tolerance for dust to build up and stuff like that. So, a device like this because it's thicker, it isn't as elegant-looking, but it'll get you further along when it comes to dust buildup and stuff. You definitely need to take care of a Razer Blade Pro or basically any thin and light gaming laptop.

Okay, I want to talk about build quality, I want to go back to build quality. So, basically when it comes to how well gaming laptops are made, in 2017 most laptops are made quite well. There's more emphasis from brands to build things that are thinner and lighter, because that's just what people seem to want right now, but there is still a really good market for bigger laptops, the more durable they tend to last longer and quite frankly, thin and light gaming laptops aren't for everyone, you definitely need to take better care of them. I won't talk about ports too much.

I just want to mention a couple things: thunderbolt 3 support is something that's cool on paper, especially if you're into the whole idea of like external GPUs, but in reality they are really expensive to set up. So, it's not something that I think you should really gun for like if your device that you are looking at doesn't have thunderbolt 3 support, I don't think it should make or break the deal. The other thing is, if you're purchasing a device, make sure that the exhaust of the fans isn't on the mouse hand. So, I've used some laptops that the fan exhaust literally right beside your mouse hand and your hands just getting baked while you play and it's no good so avoid that but otherwise ports are a pretty easy decision.

Okay, let's talk about CPUs. The Intel U processors have just been refreshed. So, the 8th gen U processors are those Kaby Lake R chips,  those are 15 watt CPUs and despite what companies are trying to tell you, if you're really looking for a dedicated gaming laptop, don't get a U processor, get a H processor. So, the 8th generation H processors are just about to come out and these are 45 watt CPUs that are traditionally quad-core CPUs, but these new Coffee Lake ones are 6 cores and with the new Coffee Lake architecture because of faster clock speeds and the two extra cores, you're going to get some better performance.

Now things like multi-core applications are going to be significantly better but, well optimized games should notice some nice boost in performance as well. Ok, let's talk, about graphics cards the Nvidia GTX 10 series GPUs were amazing for laptops They basically brought, they basically changed the entire industry. This whole thing about gaming laptops was basically a joke 3 years ago. Gaming laptops were just, they were stupid you would pay huge amounts of money and not really get the performance that you would need to be able to play the current titles.

Nowadays, you can spend like eight, nine hundred bucks on an entry level gaming laptop and depends on the game, but you can float at that 60 frames per second target on ultra graphics for a lot of games. It's pretty crazy, like look at these games, these are triple A titles from Blizzard, Activision, EA, basically the most graphically intensive games are able to run at  really good frame rates on an entry level gaming laptop. That's awesome. Now, as for what's next, it's Nvidia Volta that should probably launch like, late spring, early summer of 2018.

So, we got some time but ask yourself. Do you really think you're, gonna need, that extra GPU performance? Like, look at that chart, those are the games are you able to play at 60 frames per second or more with a $900 gaming laptop so yes Volta's gonna be better obviously, but I don't know if we'll really need that extra performance because I feel like we've already hit that sweet spot where inexpensive hardware can play the best titles. Okay, I want to talk about the screen and if you look the screen is one of the most important decisions when it comes to making a laptop decision because when you purchase a GPU, like when you've decided on a GPU and a CPU combination, it doesn't matter which brand you go with, performance is gonna be relatively similar but the screens differ a lot So, my first piece of advice is don't get a 4K screen unless you really need it for content creation or something because when it comes to gaming, you're gonna get better value and just get a better gaming experience if you spend that money on higher quality 1080p screen. A 120 hertz screen is so much better than a 60 hertz screen for gaming.

You'll need to be able to push out those 120 frames per second to really appreciate it, but when you do, the gaming experience is just so much smoother. You can react faster, things just look better on screen, it's night and day. Unfortunately, it's one of those things I can't show on this video because you're watching this at 24 frames per second. If you see these things in person you'll love them.

The other thing is don't be afraid of a high quality TN panel. I know traditionally TN panels are freaking terrible, they're bad for everything let alone gaming, but the new ones are really good like Acer, MSI, they are using panels on their laptops, that just look gorgeous. I would consider those high quality TN panels significantly better than most IPS panels on gaming laptops. So, check them out and just the direction of the whole industry, I think is gonna moving towards high refresh rate screens, 120 Hertz panels look so much better.

Look at this thing, the Razer Blade Pro. This thing launched originally with the GTX 1080 and a 4K 60 Hertz screen. So, games looked really pretty, really color accurate, but they were only capped at 60 Hertz, you could only see 60 frames per second. This new variant has a GTX 1060 and 120 Hertz screen and I much prefer playing games on this thing than the old one.

It's just a gorgeous 120 frames per second screen. It's so much nicer to look at, so much more enjoyable to play games on. So, if you're looking for screens and your budget can allow for it, check out 120 Hertz screens, they're gonna be the hot stuff for 2018 and one other thing, if you do buy a cheaper laptop like an inexpensive laptop, if you really want to, a lot of them have the ability to replace the screens it's not easy and it's probably not covered under warranty in fact it's definitely not a warranty covered operation, but it can be done you can buy some really inexpensive screens for like 100 bucks that are 120 Hertz and look pretty good. So, I'll leave a link should I do it? Do it at your own discretion I will leave a link.

Okay, last thing I want to talk about is customer support and this is something that I think gets overlooked in a lot of laptop videos. The whole industry, in my opinion, does not have good customer support. If you look at every single brand, everyone has like horror stories of Customer support that they had with basically every single brand, except for Apple. They, have like these million dollar laptops that cost a lot of money but when you go to the store there's a really good chance that if you have busted a device in the first year, you are going to walk out of the Apple store with it repaired or replaced.

You don't get that option with basically every other gaming laptop company My honest opinion is that the big companies like Dell, HP, Lenovo, any company that has a lot of big like business accounts and stuff like that they have great customer support available just for their business customers and they kind of extend that to the consumer level if you're looking for good customer support, check out Dell, HP, Lenovo, Alienware, they all have that next day support thing where they try to send someone to your door to try to fix it or repair and I've had mixed experience of that some good some bad but at least that option is available. Smaller companies, like razer they don't have that kind of stuff. You have to send it back to the factory to get it fixed. So, if you're looking for really good customer support, well don't get any gaming laptop but if you're looking for a better customer support go for the bigger companies.

Okay, hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thumbs, if you liked it, subs if you loved it. See you guys next time..

Buying a Cheaper Gaming Laptop in 2018

Buying a Cheaper Gaming Laptop in 2018

(Super Cool animation ) Hey how's it going? Dave 2D here So, Right now in early to mid 2018 We actually see a lot of laptop companies Coming up with their 8th generation laptops So they are Coffee Lake H Processors Which are really powerful And for like the right user For CPU intensive applications, they are awesome So if you're a streamer Or if you do video editing Or if you do like 3D stuff machine learning 6 cores is excellent But for alot of people specially gamers thoes extra cores aren't all that useful So you can actually find some very comparable performance from previous generation laptops and just save a lot of money So This is kind of like a guide or some kind of like I don't know Just a video to kinda guide you in the right direction So, we gonna look at 2 things Refurb options and Used options So, the first thing is refurb Refurb devices like refurbished devices They're sometimes a stigma when it comes to like buying refurbished stuff like it's like...Oh it used or whatever... But here is the thing a lot of refurbished laptops are coming from corporate devices, you like have that 45, 50 year old executive at a company that like gets new devices every year. Part of the company perk right? (I wish :(( and one year later they get swapped out for a newer device and so that older device goes back to the laptop manufacturer they recondition it sometimes they swap out the battery and then they resell it at a severely discounted price point sometimes which is awesome And so those devices that comes from corporate ownership are just they so lightly used that they basically brand new and if you can get your hand on some of those Sometimes, it's like really good pricing So, refurbished options are excellent If..If you buy it from right brand So, apple they have excellent refurbished options like some of the stuff that comes from apple is basically brand new when you buy refurbished it gets all the warranty and everything but if we talk about gaming laptops the one brand comes to mind the one brand that really sticks out as like gaming a excellent option for me is dell They have what I consider They have very big corporate market So, they have a ton of consumers out there and that whole corporate ownership that I just described, happens alot with dell devices XPS line, like they have tons of them at are just 25 30% off. Very significant and Same thing goes with their alienware lineup If you want like dedicated gaming same thing goes there So there are some other brands that have the refurbished thing as well Um..

Acer Asus, they all do it but the difference here is that the discount is not substantial I think alot of that comes from volume I think dell just have very big corporate enterprise market So this is how alot of this stuff do in this refurb cycle Um... They other option is buying used and when it comes to buying used your price going to vary very wildly You can get some sweet deals here and there but i'm just kinda gonna go through I don't know a few points that peoples should keep in mind when it comes to buying used Um..Ok..First... Try to find a GTX 1050 or 1060 graphics card So, the 10'th series graphics cards are such a significant jump in performance from 9 series that you should try to get one if you can They just better at performance for lower voltage which means less heat and when you buying used, less heat is good! Ok, so second thing want to keep in mind is thermal performance You dont want to buy a used laptops that didn't have good thermal performance because you never know how these things were treated right? If the previous user was constantly running their laptops at full tealt and had bad thermal performance...Then yeah... You wana avoid device like that Now the last thing you want to keep in mind is That if you buying a device locally So, you can actually go check this thing out before you actually pay the guy money You wana stress test it Don't just like go there and take a look at it and play some games You wana bring a USB key loaded up with AIDA 64 or 3D mark or any kind of benchmark swift that you are comfortable with Bring it there.

Test it out. Because if there is a problem with the laptop It will probably appear in stress test but you might miss it when playing games or something like that so stress test it if you can I know It feel dorky to go there and be like ...Hey man can I use this USB key and stress test?... Like just do it, like you going to pay this guy alot of money So do your do diligence Make sure to check it out as thoroughly as you can Ok that's basically it I mean there is alot of cool devices coming out right now 6 cores devices really powerful but for gamers This is just really good way to save some money Ok hope you guys enjoy this video Thumps if you like it Subs if you love it See you guys next time subs by RF..

A Convertible GAMING Laptop! - Acer Nitro Spin 5

A Convertible GAMING Laptop! - Acer Nitro Spin 5

Hey, how's it going? Dave2D here So this is the Nitro Spin 5. This is the 2-in-1 convertible from Acer that's supposed to do everything Work, play, media consumption, everything Because it's a 2-in-1 hybrid device that has a GTX 1050 in it, like the entry-level gaming card And, it's coupled with a Kaby Lake-R CPU. So like a quad-core 8th generation CPU. So, it's not like super powerful, but it's like an entry level hybrid laptop that doesn't cost too much money, but should be a good fit for a lot of different people So this thing's build quality is quite good, it's actually better than I thought it would be for the price.

It's fully aluminum with a brushed finish up top And even the keyboard deck is aluminum. Now, the design is actually something I like You don't see like, colored hinges very often I don't love the color red, but I do like the fact that they colored the hinge and the chamfered edge. I do wish it was a different color instead of red, like if this was blue, it would look awesome but, I do like the design. One thing about the build though is that The hinge is quite stiff, and I'm not sure if they done this with purpose...

Like maybe there's some intent to this because when it's in the different modes, like tent mode and presentation mode, maybe it's kinda beneficial to have a stiff hinge for tapping the screen, but when you're just flipping it around to put it into different positions, it is stiff. Alright, this thing is a 2-in-1 device So theoretically, it can used as a tablet The thing is.. It's a very big device, right? 15 Inch tablet feels kind of ridiculous to begin with. It's not comfortable to hold it like that Like within the ten seconds of holding this, it's like- it's a bit of a workout But it can be used in tent mode and presentation mode quite nicely.

Now, getting into the inside is actually pretty easy. It's a few screws, and you're in there, you can upgrade the two drives, so there's an M.2 Drive and a 2.5 Inch bay. It's kind of strange to see a thinner 2-in-1 device like this to have a swappable hard drive, but that's kind of nice. The RAM however, is soldered on which is unfortunate Because, otherwise you would be able to upgrade this thing quite a bit.

Okay, the battery is 50 watt hours, it's not particularly large And I just kinda felt the battery life won't be very good because, it's a 15 inch screen, 50 watt hour battery, but it's actually pretty good 7.5 Hour battery life with the screen at 250 nits. Now, the charger they supply is a barrel plug, but it's actually a smaller adapter. It's only 90 watts. You could actually power this whole laptop through USB-C.

So the keyboard and the trackpad are both good... They're like not amazing or anything, but good Backlighting on the keyboard with a decent layout and a number pad And I find the keystrokes to be... They're okay It's not like super tactile or anything, it's an average keyboard The trackpad is a plastic surface, does have a fingerprint sensor which is nice, but I found the tracking to be... I want to say laggy, like that's just not the right word, I don't know how to describe it, It just feels a little bit different, as if it wasn't using Windows Precision drivers, but it is.

The button mechanism and the gestures work nicely. The ports selection is pretty good. You get a bunch of USB's, and a full size SD slot. Okay, the screen looks pretty good.

When it comes out of the box, it has a greenish hue to it, but once you calibrate it, it looks good. Color gamut is decent, and so is the brightness. I kind of wished it was a little bit brighter, because it is a 2-in-1 device You might be using this outdoors more frequently, but yeah, decent screen Especially for the money. I was expecting a much worse screen, considering this is a $1000 device.

It's a touchscreen and it also supports a pen. Acer makes one It's the Active Stylus or something like that, but it doesn't come with the product You have to purchase it separately. Now, the stiffer hinge that I mentioned before is actually nice when it comes to pen input in laptop mode. It's that the screen doesn't wobble very much.

There are two speakers, and a sub underneath. They sound good, not amazing or anything. But it doesn't have much bass, despite having that sub. Performance is solid.

It's a Kaby Lake-R, so four-core CPU. Coupled with a GTX 1050, and it's not a combination you see very often Most companies are sticking this GPU with a more powerful CPU, but it actually works nicely with this. You're getting pretty good framerates in games, like you can hit 60 frames per second for most of the light to moderately demanding games, if you drop the quality a bit. Now, the thermals on this thing are...

Well, they're not amazing I wished that they were better. They're acceptable because it is a 2-in-1 device. Not trying to be like ultra-hardcore gaming. It does throttle when you benchmark, not when you're playing games It's definitely not noticeable when you're playing games But if you benchmark or if you're running stress tests, there are some thermal limitations I think the problem comes from the heat pipes.

We've seen this design before on other Acer laptops, where the CPU and GPU. Run in series like this, and it's just not the best way to cool it But it is cost-effective, and because it is only a 15 watt CPU, it doesn't put out crazy amount of heat You can kinda get away with it. Now something I notice that If you play your games kind of like in this weird way where you use the laptop kind of in presentation mode, and you have an external mouse and keyboard, the thermals are actually a little bit better. You don't need to play like this, but you can.

It's actually a lot more comfortable than it may seem. I mean the screen is a little bit closer, it's just a little bit of a different experience The webcam up on top. 720P, it's not particularly good like this is what it looks like. The fans are quiet on idle And not too loud either when it's on load.

So overall, this laptop, or the hybrid 2-in-1 device, is very good for a lot of people. Now, it's not built for like hardcore gaming. I feel like, with the red accents and stuff And the way they market it, it might kind of con someone to thinking that this is somehow a really hardcore gaming laptop, it isn't. It's a great kind of hybrid device that's good for a lot of people.

I think it's good for people like students or just someone who wants the versatility of the 2-in-1 device, for casual or moderate gaming. And if you want something that has like tent mode or presentation mode for media consumption This is great. But if you want something that's like tablet mode where you want to be able to use this thing in your hand all the time, This is way too big for that. I think for most people, it wouldn't be comfortable as a tablet.

Okay, hope you guys enjoyed this video! Thumbs if you liked it, subs if you loved it! See you guys next time!.

6 Laptops for Back to School!

6 Laptops for Back to School!

- Hey, guys, this is Austin! If you're looking for a
laptop for back to school, I have a few options you
might want to consider. Everything from $200 to over a thousand. First off, we have this 14-inch HP laptop. Now, at first glance, it looks
just a little bit old school.

However, for a little bit over $200, there's a lot to like here. It has a solid selection of ports, with VGA, Ethernet, HDMI,
and three USB ports. Now, what's a little
bit weird with this guy is that it is actually cooled by fan. So a lot of the budget
Intel laptops are fanless.

However, this AMD option does have a fan, but thankfully, it's not too loud. This guy is powered by a
quad-core AMD E2 processor with four gigabytes of RAM. And 32 gigs of eMMC storage. Now, that processor is not going to be incredibly powerful.

It's actually very
similar to what's inside the Xbox One and PS4. Although, obviously, in this
case, a little bit slower. But, the important thing is,
it's going to be totally fine for basic usage, and again, this is $200. That AMD processor is a little bit unusual in budget laptops, but it's not that bad.

So when it comes to more
heavy usage, such as gaming, it's not going to be
great, but for normal stuff like watching video, it's not bad. Hey, guys, this is Austin! It has been nearly four
years since the original Nintendo 2DS came out. What's also pretty solid is the display. So, for $220, we're getting
a full 1080p IPS panel.

Now, yes, it is not quite
as bright as I would like. However, for this price, this
is about as good as it gets. It might not be a powerhouse, but if you're just looking
for a budget laptop to get the job done, this is
definitely worth considering. If you've got a little bit
more budget to work with, you may want to consider picking
up the ASUS VivoBook E403.

At just a little bit under
$400, while it's not a huge jump over the HP, there a lot of little things that definitely add up. So I actually did a
video on this last year, but it's still pretty
much totally up to date. And what's nice about this guy is that for only a little bit more than the HP, you're getting something
that feels a lot nicer. Now, yes, it is still plastic.

But it's thinner, it's lighter, and it just feels like
a more premium laptop. This guy also has a
solid selection of ports with an HDMI, a USB 3,
USB Type-C, which is nice. And if you flip it over,
we're also going to get an additional USB Type-A as
well as an SD card reader. While this might not be
the most powerful laptop in the world, it can
definitely get the job done.

So inside, it's rocking a
quad-core Intel Pentium processor, four gigabytes of memory, as well as 128 gigabytes of eMMC storage. You can do a bit of very
light gaming on this guy, but it really is meant
for more normal usage. And for that, it does a good job. So it also has a solid 1080p
panel with good speakers, solid trackpad, keyboard.

There's really no one part of
this laptop that falls apart. Moving on, we have the Lenovo Z50. So this is the middle ground
between a budget laptop and something that can handle gaming. At $370, this guy's all about
cramming the maximum amount of specs into the cheapest
possible computer.

Of course, you guys want more information. I did a full video on this very recently. In fact, most of these
laptops, I've already done full videos on, but there's
a lot of interesting quirks with this guy. This is the biggest laptop
here with 15.6-Inch display, but that's also probably
it's biggest weakness, as it is only a 1366 by 768 resolution.

On such a big screen, it
just doesn't look great. And on top of that, it's
a fairly low-end TN panel, which means the color, and
especially viewing angles and contrasts, could be a lot better. The upside is that it has an
AMD FX-7500 quad-core APU, eight gigabytes of RAM, and
Radeon R7 integrated graphics. Now, yes, it's not going
to crush Crysis at 4K, but for $400, you're
going to be hard-pressed to find a more powerful gaming laptop.

With a game like Rocket
League, we're able to get pretty solid performance. So, playing at 768p, which
is the max resolution of the screen on quality settings, we're getting right between
40 to 50 frames per second. I can actually hit the ball. (Laughs) I totally just missed
the ball twice on camera.

That's totally gotta go in. It's definitely not perfect,
but if you're just looking for pure bang for the buck performance, you should check it out. Stepping up the budget a little bit, we have the Lenovo Y700 at $750. What I like about this is that even though it's a gaming laptop, it's
actually nicely well-rounded.

With a 14-inch display, it's
still somewhat portable, but you have plenty of room for gaming, and I actually really like the look of it. A lot of gaming laptops can
be a little bit over the top, but with this, it's actually
a fairly subtle design. Inside, it has fairly powerful specs. With an Intel Core i7-6700HQ
quad-core processor, 16 gigabytes of DDR4 memory, as well as dedicated
Radeon R9 370 M graphics.

Jumping into a game like Overwatch, this is totally playable. So on 1080p, on medium
settings, we're getting anywhere between 40 to 60 frames, depending on how much action's going on. But regardless, this
is very much playable. This guy also has a 256-gigabyte M2 SSD, paired with a one-terabyte hard drive.

And when you put it all together, not only is this a solid
laptop for taking with you every day, but it can
definitely handle some gaming. Moving away from gaming, we
have the LG gram 13 at $1,000. So there's a lot to like with this guy. It is hands-down my favorite
Ultrabook right now.

One of the main reasons for that is that while it's not only super light, but it also has very, very
small bezels on the display, making this incredibly portable. The gram comes in 13, 14,
and 15 in screen sizes, but regardless, you're
getting a really nice-looking 1080p IPS panel. Color, contrast, and
especially viewing angles are going to be on point. And most of them, this 13-inch included, also come with a touch screen.

I've said it a lot of times
before, but with Windows 10, a touchscreen laptop just makes sense. Specs are fairly standard
for an Ultrabook. It has a Core i5-7200U processor, eight gigabytes of RAM,
and a 256-gigabyte SSD. This, of course, is not a gaming PC, but it's pretty snappy for normal use.

Now, on top of the screen being nice, it's also updated with a nice keyboard, and especially a solid trackpad with Windows Precision drivers. And this model also comes
with a fingerprint sensor. The real star of the show
here, though, is battery life. So, LG claims that it can last
up to 15 hours on a charge, and that's not crazy.

With that 60-watt-hour
battery, I have never killed it in a single day. So, if you're looking for
a laptop that not only has solid battery life, but
it's also super portable, check out the LG gram. In the same category,
we have the brand-new Microsoft Surface Pro, which
ranges anywhere from $800 to a lot, lot more. So this might seem like a
little bit of a weird choice, but I actually think the Surface
would make a lot of sense for back to school.

So, yes, it is definitely a tablet, and because of that, it's
going to be nice and portable. But once you put the
actual Type Cover on it, this is not a bad laptop replacement. You are getting incredibly
nice hardware here. Everything's made out of metal.

Especially once you
pull out the Type Cover and pop the kickstand,
what you're seeing here is that there's a ton of flexibility. It is really, really well-built. This guy comes in quite a
few different configurations, but the one I have here
is the mid-spec model with the Core i5, eight gigs of RAM, and 256 gigs of SSD storage. Now, what's cool is, the Core i5 here is actually going to be fanless.

So not only is it going
to be nice and quiet, but on top of that, it
has crazy battery life, 13 and a half hours. It also has the best screen here with a 12.3-Inch PixelSense display, which, of course, is not only touchscreen, but it also supports the new Surface pen. And it also has some cool other features, like facial log-in with Windows Hello. And of course, you get the
whole thing in a tablet package.

So yes, it can be a little bit pricey, especially once you add
the actual keyboard, which is basically not even an option, but the Surface Pro is
definitely worth a look if you're going back to school. As always, I'll have links
to all of these laptops in the description, and I've
also done dedicated videos on a lot of them. So feel free to go check
those out, and I'm curious. Which one of these
laptops would you pick up? Let me know in the comments below, and I will catch you in the next one..

10 Reasons Why PC GAMING is Superior to CONSOLE GAMING

10 Reasons Why PC GAMING is Superior to CONSOLE GAMING

We are about to have some fun today My friends you hear it a lot pc master race pc master race But have you ever wondered why? Pc gaming is considered to be the master race now if you're a PC gamer You likely already know the reasons, but if you're on the outside looking in it can be hard to really get and today I'm gonna do my best to lay it out for you What is up guys Jimmy your chaos welcome to chaos top tens and today? We're gonna be counting down the 10 reasons that PC gaming is Superior now if you want to see the opposite into the spectrum and you want to see ten reasons why console gaming is superior We could do that as well, but today. It's all about the PC. Let's get started Be sure to enter the monthly 200 dollar Amazon gift card here on the channel it's really easy to enter all you have to do is like the video make sure you subscribe to the channel and turn on your Notifications for a chance to win leave a comment why you want it with your Twitter handle And I will pick the winner at the end of the month good luck Kicking off this list is simple pricing a common Misconception about PC gaming is that it's super expensive that console gaming is way cheaper while PC gaming can be expensive if you're trying to build this mega, machine a Standard gaming PC really isn't that expensive and you can build a solid computer for just as much if not even less Than buying a new console plus because PC gaming is so customizable And you're not buying the complete package You can get very creative with what you want and the pricing that you're comfortable with with consoles You've got one price And that's it but with PC gaming you can actually decide what aspects you do and what aspects you don't want to pay a lot Of money for and you can tailor the machine to fit your personal budget Ademir 9 keyboard and mouse while people may have their own preferences about controllers or keyboard or mouse There's no denying that the keyboard the mouse are vastly superior to controllers and many different types of games and shooters RTS game strategy games MOBAs and many RPGs as well the keyboard and mouse just give you so much more control over what your character Does and the precision you have with a mouse is far better than that of a joystick when playing shooters? If you don't like the keyboard mouse or if you're not used to using them yet You can always just plug a controller into your PC and Play the way you would on a console the PC. Definitely has the advantage in terms of controller options in ways for you to actually play try going up against a good player in Fortnight that's using a keyboard mouse when you're using a console controller At number eight we have a huge advantage for the PC open marketplace consoles Have a closed marketplace in which the big companies Sony? Microsoft and Nintendo get to decide what is it is not on your console on the PC however? This is not the case sure you have services like Stephen origin that streamlined the process of getting your games But that doesn't mean that you have to get games through them this leads to a massive indie marketplace in the world of modding betas Emulators you name it.

It's out there the openness of the PC marketplace leads to much better competition and more products Competition breeds success when you don't have the competition Well, you can't really hold the companies accountable to give you the best products and speaking of which How about cheaper games? This is another very good side effects of the openness of the PC market place now with Xbox Playstation Nintendo consoles you have a fixed price for digital downloads and there isn't much competition Because at the end of the day you have a company deciding how expensive things are gonna be But on the other end of the spectrum with the PC you have multiple marketplaces to buy games from such steam g2a the Humble Bundle Etc because you have multiple sources all competing for your business the consumer it leads to much better Prices as well as those insane steam sales that we all know and love Plus Digital distribution is much cheaper than physical distribution which leads to just lowering price in general And then you have the countless free to play it any games that just want players and they don't cost a dime to get into If you aren't a fan of how much money you have to pay for console games the PC has probably got you covered in this category At number six we have hardware upgrades and repairs another common misconception About PC gaming is that you have to constantly update your hardware, but that's not exactly true if you build a weak PC yes you're gonna have to update, but like I mentioned before building a decent PC doesn't cost a lot of money Maintaining that decent PC doesn't require buying hardware upgrades most of the time people upgrade their PC because they want to not because they have To however the fact that PC gamers can't upgrade their hardware is a huge plus for the system overall when you buy a console You're stuck with that hardware until you buy a brand-new one if a certain part of the console breaks You have to buy a whole new one on the other hand if a certain part of your PC breaks it becomes a little outdated you can simply replace it for a fraction of the cost of a brand-new gaming console plus as PC hardware becomes more more powerful for lower prices the option becomes clear which platform is a better deal in the long run It's the PC. Cracking into the top 5 let's talk about visuals huge huge selling point of the PC. Is that it is capable of far better visuals than the console is while consoles are slowly, but surely trying to catch up They're still not on the level of a high-end. PC.

PC visuals are much more customizable than consoles That's that's a fact when you buy a game on the console You're stuck with whatever settings the developers put on it, and if you want to change something or your system isn't running very well You're basically out of luck with a PC. You have tons of graphic options allowing you to adjust things like the texture quality the draw distance is the anti-aliasing the overall fidelity frame rate caps pretty much anything you want for the sake of better performance Sometimes you want better graphics with lower frame rate. Okay, we can do that sometimes You don't mind turning the graphics down a bit for the sake of more frames per second And that is totally up to the player to decide not only are PCs capable of reaching better visual quality but the amount of customization possible and the graphical side of things in PC gaming creates a far better experience overall a number for a more reliable Connection how many times have you been screwed by PlayStation? Network or Xbox Live going down That is an issue that you just don't have on PC online play on the PC is not dictated by a single service like online Play on a console is if a certain game servers are down or undergoing maintenance Just go to a different game sure some games use steam servers I get that but not every game runs on Steam and not every online game on Steam runs on their server anyway when Xbox PlayStation servers go down Everybody is screwed together until they come back up But with the PC online play is largely a game by game system as opposed to an overall system if a certain game isn't working Just go play a different one until that game gets put back online And number three we have free online play speaking of online play Let's talk about the biggest selling point the fact that there is no selling point at all haha See what I did there online play on PC is completely free unless it's a subscription MMO or something else Anyone can download a game and start playing online with other people this has been a point of some pretty major discussion as pre I mean people are getting pretty tired of Xbox and Sony charging for online access especially When Sony raised the price of PS Plus for absolutely no reason when consoles charge you for online play? They're essentially locking a part of your game behind an arbitrary pay wall in the PC marketplace has shown that this pay wall isn't actually, necessary Sony Microsoft will charge you for a subscription service that gives you online playing deals on game downloads while the PC will give you all of that and more for free a Number to this is simple more options when you buy a console what can you do with that console play games watch movies? Strength the amount of things you can do with the console is pretty limited despite how much Sony Microsoft are trying to make their systems Entertainment centers, but what can you do with the gaming PC well? Anything you want. It's a computer I mean there's not much to say about this one a PC is just capable of doing way more things than a console is and The things that both the PC and console can do Technically the PC can do them better and finally More games the most games the most common debate between PlayStation and Xbox players is who has the most games and it's probably a good thing that people don't bring up PC in that debate because the PC has the most games hands down you have all the multi-platform games you have the countless PC exclusives you have the Massive indie marketplace you have all of the emulators that give you access to pretty much every pre-2005 game ever made and the list goes on and on Plus the PC is even getting access to the console exclusives now with both Sony and Microsoft Introducing services that put their exclusives on the PC sony has PlayStation now which lets you stream various PlayStation exclusives to the PC as long as you have a controller and Microsoft has been putting tons of resources into their Xbox play anywhere system which lets you link your Xbox Live account to your PC and play your games on PC as long as you have Windows 10 and Microsoft recently announced that all future Xbox exclusives will also be released on the PC with cross play between the PC and Xbox one I've actually done this With C at these beta when it comes to the sheer number of games at the amount of options in the variety you have on Various gaming platforms the PC takes the cake without competition and there you have it my friends Those are 10 pretty obvious reasons why the PC is superior now like I said if you want me to argue the other side of this I can do it because I'm a Console player and heart have been my whole life.
